Public Courses

Miacomet Golf Course

Type: 18-hole public course
Yardage: 6,831 (championship tees)
Par: 72

Nantucket's premier public course offers a classic links experience with ocean views, rolling fairways, and challenging winds. The back nine is particularly scenic. Well-maintained and welcoming to all skill levels.

Green fees: $150-200+ in peak season, less in spring/fall

Siasconset Golf Course

Type: 9-hole public course
Yardage: 2,800
Par: 35

A charming 9-hole course on the island's east end. Less challenging than Miacomet but wonderfully scenic and a great option for a quick round. The oldest course on the island (1894).

Green fees: $60-80

Private Clubs

Nantucket has several exclusive private clubs that require membership or guest invitation:

  • Nantucket Golf Club - Prestigious club, reciprocal play sometimes possible
  • Sankaty Head Golf Club - Historic club, beautiful setting

If you're a member of an affiliated club, inquire about reciprocal privileges before your trip.

Tee Times

Book in advance during summer, especially for weekend mornings. Miacomet offers online booking. Walk-on times sometimes available on weekdays.
