Surf Beaches
Cisco Beach (Best Overall)
The island's premier surf spot. Multiple peaks, consistent waves, and a dedicated surf culture. Best conditions with south/southeast swells. No lifeguards - experienced swimmers only.
Surfside Beach
More accessible with lifeguards, making it ideal for lessons and beginners. Waves are generally a bit smaller and more forgiving than Cisco. Easy bike ride from town.
Madaket Beach
Can be excellent on the right swell, but strong currents make it challenging. Best for experienced surfers. Famous sunsets as a bonus.
Nobadeer Beach
Near the airport, less crowded than Surfside. Good for intermediate surfers looking to avoid the Cisco crowd.
